Responsibilities:

Promote safe and inclusive work environment with crew

Help mentor and teach all members of the crew

Logging daily hours and productions for submittal

Conduct daily toolbox meetings outlining daily scope of work and associated hazards

Organize and supervise crew for daily tasks

Communicate on a daily basis with site superintendent and coordinator to ensure production timelines are achievable and potential obstacles are mitigated by organizing additional resources or communicating delays with the client.

Determine equipment and material needs on site and coordinate their delivery with the project coordinator and site superintendent.

Determine labour composition and time requirements to complete the project.

Ensure all projects comply with health and safety policies.

Attend site meetings to ensure information is communicated to necessary parties.

Get accurate field information for billing and administration.

Identify any additional billings to the contract and communicate the information to the project coordinator to follow up.

Ensure deficiencies are remedied in a timely fashion and documentation is provided to the coordinator and office staff.
Requirements:
-
5 years of experience as a Foreman in the Water and Sewer Industry

Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Must have steel-toed work boots, above the ankle
-
Must have reliable transportation
