Capital Staffing Solutions is hiring for Industrial Millwrights in Leamington, ON, to join a leading engineering company in the automotive industry. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems, performing daily execution of assigned mechanical preventive maintenance tasks, breakdown repairs, and planned repairs. Responsibilities:

• Daily execution of assigned mechanical preventive maintenance tasks, breakdown repairs, and planned repairs.
• Organizing external support and/or spare parts for urgent repairs.
• Escalation to the Manager if problems cannot be solved independently.
• Using and recording correct data in the system (SAP-PM/OPRA).

Work Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday schedule.
• Working hours are typically 6-3 pm or 7-4 pm.

Location: Leamington, ON

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Millwright, with a focus on PLC programming (preferred).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle machinery and equipment.
• Must have steel-toed work boots above the ankle and a high visibility vest.
