Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for Evinova’s clinical trial study design platform. This is a hands-on, 40-hour-per-week contract, targeting US based candidates who can start relatively soon. The work includes discovery, rapid prototyping, detailed UI execution, and connecting complex workflows across product modules and user personas. The hiring manager has a very high bar for visual and UI design craft. He is specifically looking for:

• Exceptional visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and consistency.
• Polished product interfaces with meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent ownership of complex design, with minimal direction or corrective feedback.
• The ability to elevate the quality of work around them and raise the team’s overall design standard. Healthcare or life sciences experience is helpful, but demonstrated design quality takes priority over industry background or senior titles. Please lead with portfolios showing recent, finished application UI and clear personal ownership.

"The expectation is that anyone joining the team is an expert in current design tools, including Figma and Figma Make, and can clearly demonstrate experience with AI tools such as Claude Design and Claude Code. We are actively using Claude Code internally, so real-world experience with it would be a strong advantage.
