Location: Remote Job Description Provide day-to-day application support, including monitoring the ticketing inbox and serving as the technical resource for Veeva Vault (eTMF/SSU) business users.
Manage application change controls and support validation activities as required.
Maintain and update IT work instructions and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform Veeva administration tasks such as data/object cleanup, email and notification monitoring, workflow reassignments, and user license oversight.
Create and manage users, objects, and picklist data while delivering basic system support to end users.
Lead or execute technical and configuration changes where applicable and act as the primary technical POC for escalations to third-party vendors.
Conduct risk assessment, testing, and validation activities for regular Veeva releases.
