Job Description
We are looking for a scrum master with less emphasis on building governance and structures at a project/program level and more emphasis on facilitating getting stuff done – at a day-to-day operational level.The main things we are looking for are scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, supporting engineering and product leads to manage backlog, shielding teams from distractions and being a glue that connects cross functional teams.
Prefer to be in Gaithersburg but remote will work for the right person.
