Required Skills:
VMware Migration - Experience
NAS/SAN Support

FC datastores on VMWare today -Dell Unity experience preferred(source)
Container(not sure if Docker or Kubernets) Experience
NFS conversion from FC
OpenShift a plus
DII operations a plus
Clearance helpful but not mandatory
Automation a plus
ONTAP Core is obvious
Eastern Timezone preferred
Limited travel but possible
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
