Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Technician - Mountain States. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial woodworking machinery. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, and providing on-site training and support to clients. The technician will also handle service calls, ensure timely completion of work orders, and maintain accurate records of service activities. Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills, mechanical aptitude
• Experience with installing and repairing industrial equipment
• Strong customer service skills, ability to provide training and support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to travel within the Mountain States region
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is a plus
