• Focus: Small Molecule Process Chemistry Development

We're looking for chemical engineers who are passionate about reaction and particle engineering, process scale-up, and tech transfer. If you're experienced with PAT, crystallization, particle engineering, milling, reaction engineering, flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing, kinetic modeling, and driving innovation in late-stage pharmaceutical development—this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

• Lead or contribute to scale-up and optimization of small molecule manufacturing processes
• Design and run experiments using scale-down models
• Transfer processes to external contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
• Use data-driven approaches (statistical + first principle models) to enhance process understanding
• Author regulatory documentation and drive late-stage development strategies
