Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required to apply!

Job Requirements for Sales Associates:

• valid driver's license
• clean driving record/background check
• must be 18 years of age or older
• must be committed to a long-term career
• must be able to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfactory retail experience
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
• Present quotes, upsell when necessary, and present estimates to customers for approval
