Rolling Hills Auto Plaza (Toyota Honda) is now hiring Automotive Sales Associates where top associates can earn up to $100,000 annually.

• No experience required!
• Paid training!

Job Requirements for Sales Associates:
- Customer service, sales, military, and retail backgrounds are preferred
-Good listening skills
- Must be open to learning
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background check

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfactory retail experience
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
• Present quotes, upsell when necessary, and present estimates to customers for approval
