Modern Nissan of Lake Norman is now hiring Automotive Sales Associates to sell in-demand Nissan vehicles such as Kicks, Murano, and the ever-popular Rogue!

• Previous automotive sales experience is not required
• 60-day paid training

Plus, C.Rice Global (automotive career coach) will be on-site to offer a complimentary seminar to qualified candidates.

Job Requirements for Sales Associates:

• valid driver's license
• clean driving record/background check/drug test
• must be committed to a long-term career
• must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus

Job Duties for Sales Associates include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
• Perform walk-around presentation and demonstrate key vehicle features (training will be provided!)
• Offer and accompany customers on a vehicle test drive
• Attend product and sales training courses
• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
• Provide estimates and quotes for customer approval
