- Annual income potential is $200,000

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role within a dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; strong communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive used car sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in values with customers, ensuring fair and competitive offers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the pricing strategy for all used vehicles.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Monitor sales pipeline activities, providing guidance on lead generation through cold calling and customer outreach.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
