Help Grow a Practice That Is Making a Difference
Are you a clinician who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for growth?
We are seeking a Clinical Partnerships & Growth Lead to join a dynamic, collaborative and growing mental health practice in Pittsford, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven clinician who wants to expand beyond a traditional clinical role and have a meaningful voice in the growth of an organization.
Youll become a key member of the leadership team, helping expand referral relationships, strengthen community partnerships, increase awareness of the practices services, and create an exceptional experience for patients and referral partners.
Our client specializes in whole-person, evidence-based mental healthcare for individuals living with chronic pain and related concerns, including trauma, depression, and anxiety. The team is passionate about clinical excellence, compassionate care and collaboration.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is not a role where you simply inherit a set of responsibilities. Youll have the opportunity to help shape a growing practice, develop new partnerships, introduce ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.
Youll join a small, dedicated team that values empathy, respect, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. The practice is growing and evolving, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of building something.
What Youll Do
This role is 60% clinical work and 40% leadership of the business growth and strategy. Youll serve as a visible ambassador for the practice throughout the healthcare and greater Rochester community. Your focus will include developing strong relationships with physicians, specialty providers, health systems, community organizations and other potential referral partners.
Youll create and execute a relationship-based referral growth strategy, maintain consistent communication with existing partners, identify new opportunities, represent the practice at networking and community events, and help coordinate marketing initiatives.
Youll also track referral sources, leads, conversions, outreach activity and marketing results, using that information to determine whats working and where the practice should focus next.
Importantly, this position maintains a connection to patient care. Youll carry a focused clinical caseload while contributing to the broader growth, strategy and direction of the practice. The current expectation is approximately 18 direct-service hours per week.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate is a New York State licensed LMSW or LMHC who combines clinical credibility with strong relationship-building skills. You dont need to come from a traditional sales background, but you should genuinely enjoy outreach, networking, developing professional relationships and representing an organization in the community.
Wed especially like to meet someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, client-focused and comfortable taking initiative. Strong communication and follow-through are important, as is the ability to work effectively in a growing environment where priorities can evolve.
The position requires at least two years of customer service or other relationship-focused experience with exposure to sales or marketing.
