ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a well-established, global organization in the midst of a major transformation of its enterprise labeling infrastructure. With operations spanning multiple countries and business units, the organization is investing heavily in standardizing and modernizing the systems that support its global supply chain, and is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead one of its most visible technology programs.

WHY THIS ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to own a strategic, multi-year, executive-sponsored initiative from the ground up. As Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead a 3-4 year global program to consolidate around ten disparate labeling systems into a single Loftware platform, working directly with five executive stakeholders who will be closely engaged throughout the program's lifecycle. This role is built for an IT Project Manager who is meticulous, documentation-driven, and comfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment where the details matter as much as the big picture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Own end-to-end program management for a 3-4 year global initiative consolidating around 10 legacy labeling systems into a unified Loftware platform
* Serve as the primary point of contact for five executive stakeholders, delivering clear, accurate, and timely status updates on progress, risks, and milestones
* Build and maintain rigorous project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance decks, and status reports
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple international sites and business units
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks before they impact scope or timeline, escalating and resolving issues before they become problems
* Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, global operations, business stakeholders, and the Loftware implementation partner
* Lead governance meetings and steering committee sessions, driving decisions and keeping the program accountable to its milestones
* Manage scope, change control, and vendor relationships throughout the life of the program
* Track budget, resource utilization, and program-level KPIs across a multi-year timeline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of IT project or program management experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-year, global technology initiatives
* Proven track record managing and reporting directly to executive-level stakeholders or steering committees
* Experience leading systems consolidation, migration, or enterprise software implementation programs (ERP, labeling, or similar enterprise platforms)
* Exceptional documentation discipline: project charters, RAID logs, governance materials, and status reporting that hold up under executive scrutiny
* Demonstrated ability to manage global, cross-functional, cross-time-zone teams
* Advanced proficiency with MS Project
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated comfort presenting to C-suite and executive audiences
*Proven experience communicating project updates through live PowerPoint presentations

BONUS SKILLS / OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

* Direct hands-on experience with Loftware or a comparable enterprise labeling platform (BarTender, NiceLabel, Teklynx)
* ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle)
* Background in manufacturing, life sciences, or global supply chain organizations
