Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to support the continued roll out of  the enterprise MES system, Critical Manufacturing.  Spanish language proficiency is a plus, as initial project work will focus on their Mexico location This role will focus on driving execution, maintaining timelines, and ensuring successful delivery within a structured waterfall environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading software implementations in the manufacturing space, ideally with MES systems and is comfortable working closely with Manufacturing and Operations stakeholders. Strong executive communication and presentation skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing implementation projects in manufacturing ideally MES systems like Camstar, Apriso, Plex, FactoryTalk, Critical Manufacturing, etc.

• Experience working within a waterfall project methodology.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.

• Demonstrated experience creating and delivering live PowerPoint presentations to executive stakeholders via video.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish

Requirements

• 7+ years’ IT Project Management experience 
• Strong MS Project, Excel
• Waterfall Methodology experience
• Experience managing project budget
• Comfortable obtaining and defining requirements from Stakeholders
• Excellent Stakeholder Management (Communication, Organization, Engagements)
• Proven capability to build cooperative relationships across project teams
• Experience and strong comfort level for creating and presenting Powerpoint presentations on a regular basis to executive leadership.
• Proactive approach to Project Management and communication to stakeholders.   You know the questions to ask and when to ask them.
