Join a respected mid-sized firm in the heart of downtown Buffalo! Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative, professional legal team supporting a busy litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented attorneys in a firm that values teamwork, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and appeal
- Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Manage case files, organize exhibits, and coordinate with clients, courts, and experts
- Track and meet billable hour requirements
- Assist with trial preparation and document management using firm systems and databases
- Minimum 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial, or general litigation preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Hybrid schedule – flexibility to work part of the week remotely
