Join a highly respected property & casualty insurance organization as a Senior Manager, Corporate Programs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, profitability, and continued expansion of a growing commercial programs portfolio. You'll work closely with executive leadership, underwriting, product development, distribution partners, reinsurers, and program administrators to develop innovative insurance solutions while influencing the future direction of the business.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Two days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days, providing an outstanding balance between collaboration and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the organization's Corporate Programs business, ensuring alignment with long-term growth initiatives.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new program opportunities, evaluating market trends, and expanding distribution channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Program Administrators, brokers, managing general agents, reinsurers, and other strategic partners.
- Oversee program performance, including premium growth, profitability, and loss ratio management.
- Direct product development initiatives, including coverage enhancements, pricing strategy, forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
- Provide oversight for underwriting operations, technical referrals, compliance, and program governance.
- Partner with reinsurers on underwriting strategy, treaty compliance, and portfolio performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives while mentoring and developing team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; CPCU or other insurance designations are preferred.
- 10+ years of commercial insurance experience with specialized program underwriting expertise.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong commercial lines underwriting background.
- Product development experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, resolve complex business challenges, and lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Compensation
$125,000-$165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
