Litigation Attorney – 3+ Years Experience Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their growing practice. This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload across multiple areas of general litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and client meetings
• Manage case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys
• Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines Practice Areas:
• Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
• Trucking / Commercial Vehicle Accidents
• Personal Injury
• Labor Law / Construction Accidents
• Medical Malpractice
• Nursing Home Negligence
• Premises Liability
• Product Liability Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in New York
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
