Real Estate Paralegal

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic legal team. This is open due to growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on real estate paralegal experience and a strong background supporting both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of real estate matters, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner to support smooth and successful closings.
