Real Estate Attorney

Our client is seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney to join their growing, client-focused law firm. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising clients, managing matters from start to finish, and building depth across a broad range of real estate matters.

The Real Estate Attorney will handle residential and commercial transactions, landlord-tenant matters, contract drafting and review, property ownership issues, title and closing matters, zoning and land use concerns, and foreclosure-related work. They will work directly with clients to provide practical, results-oriented legal guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

While prior experience in real estate law is strongly preferred, our client is open to training and working closely with the right candidate who demonstrates strong legal aptitude, professionalism, and a desire to grow in this practice area. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a collaborative, client-focused environment with a steady flow of qualified leads and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while expanding a real estate practice.

Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
