Labor & Employment Attorney A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its team. This group partners with employers across industries, advising on workplace policies, defending claims, and navigating evolving employment laws. What you’ll do:
- Advise on personnel issues, policies, and handbooks.
- Defend employers in state/federal litigation, arbitration, and agency matters (EEOC, NYSDHR, DOL, etc.).
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide training.
- Draft/negotiation of employment and separation agreements.
- Counsel on DEI, remote work compliance, reproductive health, and other emerging issues. What we’re looking for:
- JD and admission to practice in New York.
- 3+ years of labor & employment law experience, including litigation.
