Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1–2 Saturdays per month (open house viewings)

About the Role As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll be the heart of the resident experience, the friendly face that welcomes new tenants, the problem-solver who keeps communities running smoothly, and the organized professional who ensures everything is handled efficiently. From showing properties and finalizing leases to maintaining relationships with residents and coordinating with maintenance teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our communities vibrant, attractive, and well-managed. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative work, relationship management, and on-the-ground property oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, from first inquiry to move-in day.
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance and support teams to maintain high property standards.
  • Organize and host open houses and property tours.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as lease paperwork, filing, and data entry.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents.

What You Bring Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in customer relations, sales, or marketing.
  • Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds. Preferred:
  • Property management or real estate administration experience.
  • Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar).
  • Prior leasing or sales experience.
  • Understanding of tenant-landlord laws and regulations.
