What You'll Do

• Build Solutions: Develop full-stack applications that help municipalities, corporations and private citizens.  - your code directly impacts communities 
• Work primarily with Python, React, and Kubernetes while gaining experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
• Mix Maintenance & Innovation: Split time between maintaining  growing suite of 4-5 products and developing exciting new features
• Collaborate with Experts: Work under a seasoned 30-year industry veteran who leads the development team using Agile methodologies
• Embrace Flexibility: Remote opportunity with exceptional time-off flexibility

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, React, and Kubernetes (our core immediate needs)
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgent deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills and team-first mentality

Bonus Points For:

• Azure cloud platform experience (their primary infrastructure)
• Docker containerization and cloud deployment
• RESTful API development, particularly with FastAPI
• Go programming language
• ESRI or Google Mapping integration experience
• Real estate or government sector experience
• Experience with JIRA and Agile development processes
• Security implementation (OAuth, authentication)
• Unit testing frameworks and code review practices
