Transform Technology for this Global Industry Leader
The Technical Program Manager is a newly created, high-impact position reporting directly to the Corporate Director of IT. You'll be the strategic orchestrator of their enterprise technology portfolio, managing 15+ mission-critical projects including a multi-year ERP / PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation and AI adoption initiatives. This isn't your typical project management role – we need a technical strategist who can bridge the gap between complex enterprise architecture and business execution.
What You'll Drive
You will serve as the master project aggregator with oversight for a variety of IT initiatives including:
- ERP/PLM Implementation: Enterprise-wide migration to MS Dynamics 365 and PTC Windchill PLM, which will transform the entire business system infrastructure
- Champion AI Innovation: Spearhead organization-wide AI adoption program, implementing RAG solutions for contract analysis, tariff management, and knowledge base development
- Orchestrate Portfolio Management: Provide executive visibility across 35+ projects spanning multiple business units and international locations
Technical Architecture & Integration
- Navigate Complex Compliance: Work within government cloud environments (GCC High), FedRAMP Moderate requirements, and SOX controls
- Optimize Microsoft Ecosystem: Leverage the full Power Platform stack (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online) to create innovative project management solutions
- Drive System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity across our multi-domain, multinational architecture supporting both US and international operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Enable Global Teams: Coordinate with IT managers across US facilities and international locations
- Remove Technical Roadblocks: Use your deep technical understanding of systems architecture to identify issues and engage the right resources for resolution

What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
- 7+ years IT experience with prior hands-on technical background in enterprise software development, integration or architecture transitioning to program management
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
- Manufacturing Industry Knowledge: Experience with supply chain, production planning, and manufacturing business processes
- Microsoft Tools for Project Management: MS Project, MS Planner, Sharepoint, Power Platform, Power BI
- Government/Compliance Experience: Familiarity with federal contracting requirements, SOX controls, or similar regulatory environments highly desirable
