We’re partnering with a small, established book publishing company in Ladue to find a detail-obsessed Data Support Specialist. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in getting things right, not just getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the backbone of data accuracy across multiple internal systems. Not glamorous, but extremely important.

• Update and maintain customer and internal records across databases
• Research and resolve missing or incorrect information
• Cross-check data for consistency and accuracy
• Communicate with customers via email (and occasional phone) to verify details
• Support reporting and internal data projects
• Follow structured processes and workflows with consistency
