Job Description
Production Operator (Entry-Level to Skilled)

Shift: 1st, 7:00 am - 3:30 M-F
Pay: $22+/hr
Why This Role is Worth Your Time
If you’re the type who actually shows up, works hard, and wants to get better instead of doing the bare minimum until lunch… this is your lane.
Our client is a growing manufacturing company that invests in their people, not just their equipment. They believe in cross-training, internal growth, and promoting from within. You won’t be stuck doing the same thing forever unless that’s your personal life goal.
You’ll be part of a team where:
Hard work is noticed
Skills are built, not ignored
You’re treated like a contributor, not a number
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be hands-on in a production environment, keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment using proper tools and procedures
- Keep machines running smoothly and troubleshoot basic issues
- Communicate any malfunctions or concerns to leadership or maintenance
- Follow production schedules and hit daily performance goals
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure product accuracy
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Support routine maintenance and assist maintenance teams when needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Help train and support team members as you grow into the role
- Cross-train across multiple areas to build your skillset
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong work ethic (rare, but highly valued)
- Reliability and consistency
- Ability to work in a team without making it harder for everyone else
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a dealbreaker
- Safety & Quality Matter Here
- This isn’t a “figure it out and hope for the best” kind of place.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
- Use required PPE at all times
- Perform routine quality checks and document results accurately
- Speak up if something isn’t safe or up to standard
What You Get
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Benefits package
- Consistent, full-time hours
- Cross-training and advancement opportunities
- A company that actually develops its people instead of replacing them
The Bottom Line
If you want a steady job, growth, and a team that pulls their weight, this is a solid opportunity.
If you’re just looking to coast… this probably isn’t your place, and honestly, everyone will be happier that way.
