Panel Builder / Electrical Assembly Technician

Custom Electrical Manufacturing | Full-Time

Our client company is a well-established electrical contract manufacturer and distributor that designs and builds custom wire assemblies, cable harnesses, control panels, and complete box builds for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

They are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Panel Builder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team that builds reliable electrical systems used across multiple industries.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and assemble electrical control panels and box builds according to schematics and work instructions
  • Route and terminate wires for custom cable harnesses and wire assemblies
  • Install electrical components including relays, switches, terminal blocks, connectors, and circuit protection devices
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure proper routing and labeling of wires
  • Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment to assemble components
  • Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience building electrical control panels, cable harnesses, or box builds in a manufacturing environment preferred not required 
  • Ability to read simple electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, organized wiring work
  • Comfort using hand tools and electrical assembly equipment
  • Ability to follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality standards
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability
