Our client company is a well-established electrical contract manufacturer and distributor that designs and builds custom wire assemblies, cable harnesses, control panels, and complete box builds for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
They are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Panel Builder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team that builds reliable electrical systems used across multiple industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and assemble electrical control panels and box builds according to schematics and work instructions
- Route and terminate wires for custom cable harnesses and wire assemblies
- Install electrical components including relays, switches, terminal blocks, connectors, and circuit protection devices
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
- Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure proper routing and labeling of wires
- Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment to assemble components
- Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Support testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience building electrical control panels, cable harnesses, or box builds in a manufacturing environment preferred not required
- Ability to read simple electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, organized wiring work
- Comfort using hand tools and electrical assembly equipment
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability
