CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team that produces high-quality architectural products used in residential and commercial projects across the country.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing skills while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment with long-term career potential.
Production Associates may work in several areas of the manufacturing operation based on experience, training, and business needs.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
Read and follow work instructions and basic construction drawings
Operate shop equipment, including saws and other production tools
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Perform general manufacturing and assembly duties
Prepare and assemble finished products
Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Package and prepare products for shipment
Stage materials and finished goods for delivery
Assist with inventory movement and material handling
Operate a forklift as needed (experience preferred)
Apply coatings and finishes to decorative products
Inspect finished products for quality and appearance
Assist with final product preparation prior to shipment
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, or general labor preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and specifications
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Finish carpentry experience
Woodworking, molding, or foam fabrication experience
Forklift experience or certification
Painting or finishing experience
