Location: Hazelwood, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

Production Associates may work in several areas of the manufacturing operation based on experience, training, and business needs.

Fabrication

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications

  • Read and follow work instructions and basic construction drawings

  • Operate shop equipment, including saws and other production tools

  • Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Production

  • Perform general manufacturing and assembly duties

  • Prepare and assemble finished products

  • Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Shipping & Receiving

  • Package and prepare products for shipment

  • Stage materials and finished goods for delivery

  • Assist with inventory movement and material handling

  • Operate a forklift as needed (experience preferred)

Painting & Finishing

  • Apply coatings and finishes to decorative products

  • Inspect finished products for quality and appearance

  • Assist with final product preparation prior to shipment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, or general labor preferred

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure

  • Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and specifications

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Finish carpentry experience

  • Woodworking, molding, or foam fabrication experience

  • Forklift experience or certification

  • Painting or finishing experience
