CNC Machinist

Full-Time | On-Site | Multiple Shift Options Available

Available Shifts

2nd Shift
Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
+10% Shift Premium

3rd Shift
Monday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
+15% Shift Premium

Weekend Shift
Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Plus one 8-hour weekday shift
+25% Shift Premium

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
• Verify machine setups and inspection documentation
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow all safety procedures and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and productivity

What We're Looking For

• CNC machining setup and operation experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Trade school training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
