2nd Shift
Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
+10% Shift Premium
3rd Shift
Monday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
+15% Shift Premium
Weekend Shift
Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Plus one 8-hour weekday shift
+25% Shift Premium
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
- Verify machine setups and inspection documentation
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Follow all safety procedures and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and productivity
What We're Looking For
- CNC machining setup and operation experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Trade school training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
