The facility operates 7 days a week across four shifts to maximize production, and they are currently hiring for off-shift opportunities.
Shift Options & Premiums
Shift premiums available for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.+10% shift premium
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m. (4 ten-hour shifts)+15% shift premium
- 4th Shift (Weekend): Saturday–Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. + one 8-hour weekday shift (32 hours/week total)+25% shift premium

What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills
- Read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process inspections
- Use micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, and other precision tools
- Audit machine setups and inspection documentation
- Maintain safe work practices at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and productivity
What They’re Looking For- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers
- Trade/technical school training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
