CNC Machinist
Full-Time | On-Site | 2nd, 3rd & Weekend Shifts Available

Available Shifts
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- +10% Shift Premium
3rd Shift
- Monday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
- +15% Shift Premium
Weekend Shift
- Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Plus one 8-hour weekday shift
- +25% Shift Premium
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
- Verify machine setups and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor product quality and ensure parts meet specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
What We're Looking For
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Trade school training or equivalent machining experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
