CNC Machinist

Full-Time | On-Site | 2nd, 3rd & Weekend Shifts Available

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• +10% Shift Premium

3rd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
• +15% Shift Premium

Weekend Shift

• Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Plus one 8-hour weekday shift
• +25% Shift Premium

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
• Verify machine setups and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor product quality and ensure parts meet specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

What We're Looking For

• Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Trade school training or equivalent machining experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
