Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
+10% Shift Premium
3rd Shift
Monday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
+15% Shift Premium
Weekend Shift
Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Plus one 8-hour weekday shift
+25% Shift Premium
What You'll Do
Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
Verify machine setups and maintain accurate documentation
Monitor product quality and ensure parts meet specifications
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
What We're Looking For
Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
Trade school training or equivalent machining experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
