Job SummaryWe’re hiring a detail-oriented Shrink Wrap / Packaging Associate to support our production team in a fast-paced label manufacturing facility.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for shrink wrapping finished label products, preparing orders for shipment, and making sure everything looks clean, secure, and customer-ready. If you like hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality, this could be a great fit.

• Shrink wrap finished label rolls and packaged products using heat tunnels or handheld equipment
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and packaging standards before shipment
• Label, stack, and organize wrapped products for staging or outbound orders
• Assist with packing boxes and preparing shipments
• Keep your work area clean and organized (basic 5S expectations)
• Follow safety procedures while handling materials and equipment
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

  What We’re Looking For

• Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count
• Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
