Regrind Operator

Full-Time | Permanent Position

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor regrind equipment used to process and recycle materials
• Inspect and sort materials prior to processing
• Ensure finished materials meet company quality standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger concerns
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating grinding equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and best practices
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
