Forklift Operator

Full-Time | Warehouse Environment

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts to move, relocate, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, shipping, and production areas
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Verify inventory and support physical inventory counts
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance concerns
• Label and identify materials accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift or clamp truck operating experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Basic computer skills are a plus
