About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing plant team. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for ensuring equipment runs at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial machinery.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Perform welding, fabrication, and machining as needed for repairs and improvements.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow all safety and compliance procedures.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment reliability.

• Support facility upkeep including utilities, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment (Allen-Bradley experience a plus).

• Skilled in welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Trade school, technical certification, or related degree preferred.
