Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, payroll, and accounting practices. This role requires proficiency in data entry, account reconciliation, and analyzing financial information.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy- Collaborate with the management team to address any payroll-related issues- Handle accounts payable duties as needed- Utilize Quick Books for payroll processing and reporting- Assist in corporate accounting tasks related to payroll- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Qualifications:
  • - Experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to analyze financial data effectively- Familiarity with Quickbooks and OneSite systems is a plus- Strong organizational and time-management skillsIf you are a dedicated professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance in payroll administration, we encourage you to apply for this position.Job Type: Full/Part-timePay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
