Process Technician - Injection Molding

Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment
• Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot molding processes
• Adjust machine settings, temperatures, pressures, molds, and cycle times to optimize production
• Monitor product quality and identify defects or process inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate process documentation and machine records
• Assist with mold changeovers and production setup activities
• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment readiness
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and auxiliary equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of injection molding experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with injection molding equipment such as Arburg, Engel, Husky, or similar machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process documentation
• Familiarity with mold changeovers and process validation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation or robotics in molding operations
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Continuous improvement or process optimization experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the production area
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
