Electronic Technician

Full-Time | 1st Shift | Electronics Manufacturing

What You'll Do

• Perform testing on electronic assemblies and finished products
• Troubleshoot test failures down to the component level
• Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies using schematics and test equipment
• Assist with the development and improvement of testing procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance on high-tech manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime
• Program manufacturing equipment for production jobs (training provided)
• Maintain accurate testing and production documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Technology, or a related field required
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous electronics manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
