Job Description
Position Overview:
- Primary responsibility is to load and unload the products results in repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting as well standing for up to 11 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Daily accuracy of products loaded and unloaded is necessary for inventory control and accountability.
Role Summary/Purpose: Secondary Operator is responsible for loading and preparing parts for final manufacturing processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for post-production part handling.
- Load part containers
- Clean and sort finished parts
- Transfer parts to process stations
- Maintain part separation of differing parts
- Physical part inspection using pre-set instruments
- Responsible for maintaining orderly work areas.
- Responsible for bringing all equipment to work areas.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet production demands.
- Able to lift a minimum 40 pounds.
- Follow ISO/TS16949 standards.
- Entry level position with potential for advancement.
- Familiar with spare parts inventory control systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to ensure minimum interruption to
- process.
- Ability to make decisions on equipment repairs and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work well with others is a must.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of machine control interface on the Hydromat machine. AutoDesk 2D & 3D Software proficient in Microsoft Work, Microsoft Excel. ERP system knowledge.
