Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, buildings, and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
Turn over vacant apartments, including painting, drywall repair, and fixture installation.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pool maintenance (if applicable).
Communicate effectively with residents, management, and contractors.
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
1–3 years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Availability for on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
