Full-Time | On-Site | Leadership Role
Our client, an innovative and growing recycling operation in Hazelwood, is looking for a hands-on Recycling Operations Manager to lead daily production on the sorting line and across the facility.
This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-floor leadership in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where efficiency, safety, and teamwork matter every single shift.
If you thrive in operations, know how to motivate a crew, and want to make a real impact in sustainability and waste reduction, this is your opportunity to step into leadership and own the outcome.

Flexible scheduling including 8- and 12-hour shifts
Day, evening, and overnight opportunities
Overtime and weekend work as needed
401(k) with company match

This is a leadership role for someone who wants more than just clocking in and clocking out. It’s for someone who wants to run the floor, improve processes, and build a strong, accountable team in a company that’s making a difference in sustainability.
If that sounds like you, this is your move.
