Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Aerospace Manufacturing

We're seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join a respected aerospace manufacturer. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring materials move accurately and efficiently throughout a manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Unload trucks and safely move materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify measurements when required
• Pick, package, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
• Label and process shipments using shipping software and carrier systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing teams to support workflow
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong forklift operating experience required
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges
• Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
