Responsibilities Business Development Professional is assigned to develop prospective clients and manage current accounts. Responsibilities include selling directly to current clients, developing prospective clients, maintaining records and documenting sales calls and processes.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Research Accounts, identify decision makers, budget and timeline.
- The ability to have a business conversation with a prospect and detail their business issue(s), impacts to the organization, goals, decision process, budget, time-frame, etc.
- Create and execute email campaigns that include specific targeted vertical or horizontal messaging.
- Create messaging that resonates and attracts prospects both via the phone and in written form.
- Meet or exceed the specified number of face to face and conference call meetings as stated in the compensation plan. These meetings are expected to result in pipeline opportunities. Requirements:
