We're seeking dependable Medical Device Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in O'Fallon, MO. In this role, you'll help assemble precision surgical instruments used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries.

What You'll Do
Assemble precision medical devices by following detailed work instructions
Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
Use microscopes and magnification equipment to perform detailed inspection work
Operate small production equipment used for buffing, grinding, and shaping components
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Package finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work environment
Follow all manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working with small parts and precision assembly
Manufacturing, assembly, production, or inspection experience preferred
Experience using microscopes or precision measuring tools is a plus
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to producing high-quality work
Benefits
$16.00-$18.00 per Hour
