Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Understand the basic functions of machinery to identify and report any inefficiencies or problems.
• Team Collaboration: Be open to receiving frequent supervision and assistance, working collaboratively with your team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Physical Effort: Be prepared for moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift as part of your daily duties, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Computer Usage: Document production output and use a computer to assist with various tasks.
• Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor, showing flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Environmental Conditions: Work comfortably in varying factory conditions, whether hot or cold.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication.
• Basic Skills: Ability to use simple math and basic hand tools effectively.
• Experience: Some experience with forklifts and related tasks is preferred.
• Plant Setting: Experience working in a plant or factory environment is beneficial.

Work Schedule:
