Brake Press Set- up Operator (St. Charles, MO)

Local Manufacturer of commercial beverage equipment is looking for an experienced individual to work in our Fabrication department.

Responsibilities for the Brake Press include:
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve print related problems.
- Ability to load and unload tooling
- Ability to setup the machine in order to determine the correct sequence
- Ability to perform basic math functions as related to press operations
- Knowledgeable on inspecting parts for accuracy
- Must know how to read calipers and a protractor
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience

Responsibilities for the Turret Punch include:
- Ability to load programs
- Ability to load and unload tooling
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Knowledgeable on inspecting parts for accuracy
- Must know how to read calipers
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience
- Ability to multi-task as machine is running (ex. debur, tap, etc.)

Job requirements/Working conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Must be able to work overtime as required based upon production demands
- Must be able to stand continually for entire shift with frequent bending, squatting, climbing, reaching and pulling.

This position is for 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am M-F) - Will start and train on days for first few weeks (6:30am - 3:00pm M-F)
