  • Keep the Quality Assurance Office clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Train production employees on quality procedures, inspection methods, and SOP requirements.
  • Provide additional guidance and coaching to new hires and temporary employees.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments including:
    • Calipers
    • Micrometers
    • Pin gauges
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete inspection documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with production teams.
  • Ability to identify quality issues and take appropriate corrective action.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Frequent standing and walking for up to four hours at a time.
  • Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
