FORKLIFT RECYCLING LINE OPERATOR

Location: Hazelwood, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW

CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Forklift Recycling Line Operator position with a growing manufacturing operation in Hazelwood, MO. This is a hands-on role that combines forklift operation, material handling, and production support in a fast-paced industrial environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the facility
• Operate recycling and processing equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational or safety concerns
• Track and document production output using computer systems
• Assist with material movement and production support activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform general production and warehouse duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
