CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hydromat Machines: Expertly operate Hydromat machines with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms to execute a series of machining operations on metal bar stock.
• Interpret Blueprints and Job Orders: Accurately read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and number of workpieces to be machined.
• Ensure Quality and Precision: Consistently maintain high levels of precision and quality in all machining operations, adhering strictly to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Safety First: Work safely by identifying and mitigating any unsafe conditions and selecting appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) based on job requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Be self-motivated and work effectively within a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
