CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to help us find, connect with, and attract great people.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people find opportunities where they can succeed. No recruiting experience is required—we'll teach the right person the industry.

What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone interviews to learn about candidates' experience, goals, and career interests
• Build relationships with job seekers and become a trusted resource throughout their job search
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and goals
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure strong candidate-client alignment
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within our ATS
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple industries and job types

• Comfortable spending time on the phone and talking with new people
• Naturally curious and interested in learning about people and businesses
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Basic computer skills

No Recruiting Experience? That's Okay.

Previous recruiting experience is not required.
